About the role
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of commercial HVAC construction, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as a team player.

Responsibilities
- Manage the overall HVAC job scope on small and larger-scale commercial projects.
- Negotiate and prepare vendor and subcontractor purchase orders and evaluate submittals to reflect contract drawing and specifications.
- Work with general contractors and job foremen to determine scheduling needs and provide relevant job information to ensure efficient field production.
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Oversee the execution of all work, including quality and production, and ensure the crew works to job specifications.
- Provide follow-up and closeout documents for completed jobs.
- Perform other tasks as required to ensure sound completion of assigned projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 15–20 years of experience in project or program management in the HVAC industry.
- Ability to work in a team environment, participate in technical activities throughout the project development life cycle, and maintain close technical involvement with all contributing organizations.
- Experience with project management methodology, including budget development, project planning, project management software, and finance/accounting concepts and practices.
- Ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects simultaneously to keep projects on course.
- Skill in simplifying the communication of complex projects to effectively convey task assignments, milestones, work breakdown structures, and critical paths.
- Demonstrated excellence through inclusion, teamwork, collaboration, knowledge transfer/training, and positive working relationships.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and customers.

Pay
$120–140K, depending on experience.
