Senior Project Manager - Healthcare Practice

About the role

EwingCole is a nationally recognized architecture, engineering, interior design and planning firm with offices across the country. We are seeking an ambitious Senior Project Manager to join our Irvine office.

Responsibilities

• Takes the lead role supervising the staff, establishing the workflow and acting as a consistent point of client contact for projects.
• Works independently on large and complex projects to establish project schedules and budgets and coordinate the efforts of both internal and external members of the team.
• Develops client relationships and interacts with clients and employees to resolve complex issues and facilitate difficult conversations by balancing all aspects of office and project concerns.
• Understands the capabilities of teammates and aligns those abilities with efforts to best meet project goals.
• Manages project resources to provide a high level of client satisfaction through quality design and cost consciousness with efficiency.
• Guides the modeling and drawings used to accurately deliver projects.
• Manages the construction phase through responsive coordination with the builder to maintain design intent and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering, Master’s preferred.
• Professional licensure as a Registered Architect or Professional Engineer (P.E.), or NCIDQ certification, preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant experience.
