Senior Project Manager - Healthcare
About the role
The successful candidate will lead a team of 3-10 people, establish project workplans, and manage contractual, financial, and cost control responsibilities. Special emphasis is placed on healthcare-specific planning and client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 3-10 people
- Establish project workplans (staffing, budget, schedule)
- Fulfill contractual, financial, and cost control responsibilities
- Lead or assist on the internal production and delivery of architectural drawings
- Interface with clients
- Lead meetings during the construction administration phase of a project
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience working on all phases of architectural projects
- Prior experience with healthcare facility design
- B.Arch., M.Arch. or equivalent degree
- Registered architect preferred (candidates actively pursuing licensure will be considered)
- Proficiency in healthcare regulations and codes
- Significant experience managing and using Revit for architectural documentation
- Experience reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and revising documents in Revit
- Up to 20% travel expected regionally and nationally
