Senior Project Manager – Finance Location: Urbandale, IA – Hybrid Monday–Wednesday Duration: 18-month contract Start: ASAP Rate: $60-$70/hr Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder | No C2C or Third Parties Experience: 5+ years Education: Bachelor's degree required We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong finance background to support a large-scale program and manage multiple project workstreams across people, process, technology, and operations. Key Responsibilities Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables Lead meetings, create agendas, and provide regular status updates Coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders Prepare project documentation, business cases, communication plans, and detailed project plans Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies Present project updates to senior and executive-level stakeholders Support change initiatives and ensure projects stay on track Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience Strong finance or financial services background Experience managing large, complex programs or transformation initiatives Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable asking the right questions Strong communication, listening, and meeting facilitation skills Interview Process: Two rounds
