Responsibilities
- Own overall program financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, reconciliations, invoicing, staffing allocations, and hours management.
- Partner with internal leadership and client stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and program efficiency.
- Manage timelines, production schedules, reporting, and cross-functional communication to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain profitability and identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and process improvements.
- Lead the planning and execution of premium experiential programs, luxury events, and client activations.
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams, vendors, and clients, ensuring strong communication across all workstreams.
- Support the development of new experiential concepts and elevated client engagement opportunities.
- Collaborate with account teams and stakeholders to deliver best-in-class programs aligned with brand standards.
- Provide onsite leadership for events, ride-and-drive experiences, vehicle handovers, and hospitality programs.
- Manage vendor relationships, logistics, and production coordination.
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, project management, or luxury client programs.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets, forecasting, and reconciliations.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including financial reporting and client-facing presentations.
- Prioritization of multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work with executive leadership and client stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organization, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing vendors.
- Background in automotive, luxury, hospitality, or premium experiential environments preferred.
- Willingness to travel and support onsite execution as needed.
