Senior Project Manager/Estimator - Commercial Sitework

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Win work! Generate revenue for the company
• Cultivate client relationships and develop business opportunities
• Lead value engineering efforts in partnership with clients and architect/engineers
• Utilize take-off and modeling software to provide value to clients and projects
• Problem Solve with project stakeholders to provide cost-effective solutions
• Foster positive work with regional civil engineering firms and third-party testing agencies
• Mentor and/or supervise Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Interns and Field Engineers
• Accurately perform and review quantity take-offs for cost estimates
• Provide effective project management to support our crews, clients and interests

Job Qualifications

• Experience in Construction software such as: Bluebeam, Agtek, Civil 3D, HCSS, etc.
• 10 years Project Management experience
• Value Engineering experience with design and client teams
• Post-secondary education in construction or engineering related disciplines
• Perform tasks in a detailed and organized manner
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
