About The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will provide overall administrative and technical direction for large electrical projects ($20M+) across various sectors including Alternative Energy, Automation, Civil, Power and Line, Technology, Healthcare, and Entertainment. This role carries bottom-line responsibility for profit and loss and requires technical and engineering support throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll be a key leader in driving project success and ensuring alignment with ArchKey’s standards and values.

Responsibilities
- Oversee total construction and design effort to ensure compliance with design, NEC, budget, and schedule.
- Act as liaison between internal and external project stakeholders.
- Authorize and approve project staffing decisions.
- Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions.
- Participate in estimating and bid proposal development.
- Review and approve purchase requisitions, invoices, and change orders.
- Support safety program implementation and ensure OSHA compliance.
- Maintain official project documentation and logs.
- Lead customer maintenance and sales/marketing efforts.
- Maintain understanding of labor agreements and standards.
Requirements
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of National Electrical Code.
- High attention to detail and quality.
- Willingness to temporarily relocate to job sites as needed.
- Experience with Accubid and Bluebeam Revu is a plus.
Travel to project sites is required and may include temporary relocation.
