Description
Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of corporate interior, commercial, and life sciences construction projects.
Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure project success.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners throughout all phases of construction.
Oversee project quality, safety, documentation, and risk management activities.
Drive communication between stakeholders and maintain a proactive, client-focused approach.
Manage projects ranging from approximately $1M to $20M in value.
Collaborate with leadership and field teams to identify innovative solutions and deliver exceptional project outcomes.
Support the company's commitment to service, quality craftsmanship, and long-term client relationships.

Profile Must-Have Requirements
- Experience managing or supervising commercial interior construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and construction operations.
- Prior experience leading project teams and effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience delivering projects in active urban environments.
- Ability to work within the Greater Boston market.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with high-end corporate interior projects.
- Exposure to laboratory or life sciences construction projects.
- Experience managing projects ranging from $1M to $20M.
