Senior Project Manager (Downtown Design Build GC)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take lead on our most innovative and complex projects. This role will involve team and project oversight and will evolve into a leadership role for our firm.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and other safety regulations and procedures
• Interior project experience (healthcare, offices, retail, restaurants, etc)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, and other relevant tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
