White Oak Medical Center seeks a Senior Facilities Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of construction and renovation projects within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, track, evaluate, and execute projects to ensure completion on schedule, within budget, and to the approved scope of work.
  • Drive progression of construction projects using expertise in project management, transition management, space planning, medical equipment planning, IT/Security coordination, furniture management, signage planning, and design standards.
  • Prepare and communicate project information to client representatives and leadership to determine resources, delivery methods, and project status.
  • Coordinate with end-users and Adventist Healthcare departments on all aspects of project delivery.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team, including third-party vendors, to resolve complex issues using in-depth knowledge of construction methodologies and procedures.
  • Oversee project closeout to ensure scope and quality standards are met, facilitating end-user transition and occupancy.
  • Develop forms and records to document project activities; maintain organized files in ProCore and other project repositories.
  • Establish and execute a communication plan to update stakeholders on the status of current and upcoming projects.
  • Mentor junior project managers to address knowledge or experience gaps and support their professional growth.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, required.
  • Five or more years of experience managing construction projects in the healthcare industry, required.
  • Five or more years in a construction supervisory role, preferred.
  • Registered Architect, Professional Engineer, or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, required.

Schedule

  • Employment Type: Full Time
  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Typical Daily Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift

Pay

$96,058.56 – $145,995.20 per year
