Senior Project Manager, Data Centers

About the role

Suffolk is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead all project administration, including contractual requirements, change order management, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Budget Updates: Produce forecasts, track costs, and manage exposure analyses.
• Change Order Management: Track PCOs, prepare OCOs, and manage contract allowances.
• Project Close Out: Implement close-out plans, manage cash flow, and ensure compliance.
• Meeting Management: Establish meeting schedules and agendas, and manage meeting times.
• Purchasing Process: Ensure scopes of work are clear and accurate, and organize purchasing processes.
• Schedule Management: Develop and maintain contract schedules, and manage monthly updates.
• Risk Management: Complete buy-outs, secure CCD authorizations, and address risks promptly.
• Owner/Sub Requisition Process: Ensure timely approval of pay requisitions and produce schedule of values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applicable discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent business judgment and organizational skills.
• Strong command of contract and legal provisions.
• Ability to analyze and execute financial trade-offs.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
