Senior Project Manager (Data Center Hardware)

Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager (Data Center Hardware) will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within a dynamic, technology-driven environment. The role involves managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on time, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations. The position requires coordinating cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and stakeholders to drive project execution and achieving business objectives.

Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues while providing regular status updates and escalating critical concerns as needed. Maintain accountability for project documentation, reporting, invoicing, client sign-offs, and overall project governance throughout the project lifecycle. Mentor and coach Project Managers and Coordinators, driving continuous improvement, project recovery efforts, and best-practice adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in Project Management within the IT industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project. PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Likely eligible to work in the United States.
• Expert knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices.
