Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
- Leading capital investment projects
- Acquiring and selecting sites for development
- Developing and constructing properties
- Managing leasing activities
- Overseeing asset management and property management
- Managing portfolios including data centers, residential, industrial, office properties
Requirements
Requirements may include:
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Experience in real estate development and construction
- Knowledge of sustainable practices and environmental regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
Qualifications may include:
- Master’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience
- Professional certifications such as LEED AP or Green Building Council certification
Skills

Pay
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $125,000 annually.
Schedule
The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
