Senior Project Manager - CTJ - TS/SCI

Responsibilities

• Partner with Legal and Procurement to review contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure alignment with project budgets and timelines.
• Oversee the portfolio budget, tracking project expenditures, verifying and approving vendor invoices, and ensuring financial accountability across the portfolio.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks at the portfolio level, implementing effective risk management strategies to safeguard project delivery.
• Maintain quality deliverables by identifying requirements, developing plans, and tracking outputs.
• Follow established change processes and confirm changes with customers before formally initiating the process.
• Manage finances for projects and budgets by tracking financial metrics and ensuring budgetary targets are met.
• Facilitate customer satisfaction by engaging with customers in a positive manner, reviewing customer feedback, and building trusted relationships.
• Manage expectations by leading success expectation discussions with customers, and documenting, executing, and monitoring accordingly.
• Lead customer and partner experience (CPE) processes.
• Adhere to project compliance standards (e.g., confidentiality, privacy) and requirements of the contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 3+ years experience in project management OR equivalent experience.
• Security Clearance Requirements: Active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.
• Clearance Verification: Successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements.
• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: Required upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
• Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: Verification of U.S. citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions.
