About the role
Arcadis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves serving as an owner’s representative, ensuring projects meet client requirements and business goals through project planning, team management, and coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage all project phases: planning, design/preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout.
- Coordinate design reviews and approvals between owner and contractors.
- Coordinate, schedule, and report activities related to stakeholder management, plant operations, and project communications.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, state, local, and federal requirements.
- Monitor subcontractor adherence to safety standards.
- Provide timely, accurate progress reports, cash flow, and cost of completion forecasts.
- Maintain project files, meeting records, and correspondence, and project controls information.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders' landscape.
- Approve all purchases, procurements, and payments on the project.
- Monitor subcontractor adherence to safety standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and PMIS systems
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field
- PMP or CCM Certification

- Experience working on large construction projects
- Client-facing positions with strong client/stakeholder management skills

Pay
The salary range for this position is USD$112,000 - USD$168,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project, and location.
