Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Senior PM with Hospitality or Resort experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the Construction industry.
- Proven experience in construction management and review of cost estimates.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a project team and manage complex projects.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying potential issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
