Senior Project Manager, Construction

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager, Construction to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead complex construction projects from planning through completion, with responsibility for coordinating budgets, schedules, and execution across multiple stakeholders. The position requires close partnership with internal teams, external partners, and clients to keep projects moving smoothly and aligned to business goals. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget while maintaining strong client relationships. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities Deliver exceptional project management services Manage all aspects of projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards Provide leadership and guidance to project teams Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives Champion collaboration, inclusivity, and belonging Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.) PMP certification or equivalent project management certification Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the commercial real estate industry Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration Excellent organizational and time management abilities for managing multiple projects Benefits 401(k) plan with matching company contributions Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Care Paid parental leave at 100% of salary Paid Time Off and Company Holidays Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
