Senior Project Manager (Construction)
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall success and profitability of assigned projects from preconstruction handoff through closeout. This role leads internal teams, manages client relationships, oversees financial performance, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
Position Overview
- Own budget, contracts, schedule, and client relationships end-to-end
- Partner with seasoned Superintendents who know how to run work
- Realistic schedules, solid preconstruction, and organized handoffs

Summary of Qualifications
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience with a General Contractor
- Proven experience managing $20M+ projects (or multiple concurrent projects)
- Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and change management
- Experience leading PMs, APMs, and Project Engineers
- Excellent communication with owners, architects, and trade partners
- Procore experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
