Senior Project Manager (Commercial Interiors & Fitout)

About the Role

New York-based General Contractor (GC) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead commercial interiors and fit-out projects from preconstruction to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in high-end commercial interiors, acting as the main point of contact on-site, managing client expectations, and overseeing the full scope of the project.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from early preconstruction stage through completion.
• Act as the Lead Project Manager, overseeing the full scope of the job.
• Serve as the main point of contact on-site, managing client expectations and team performance.
• Ensure compliance with current laws, regulations, best practices, and safety standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial interiors and fit-out.
• Experience working for a General Contractor (GC) or Construction Manager (CM).
• Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project (MSP) or Primavera P6.
• Degree in construction management, project management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, budgeting, estimating, costing, and scheduling.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred.

Pay

Base Salary: $150,000 - $200,000
