About the role
Responsible for overseeing project timelines, budgets, and quality control in commercial interior projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage project teams and ensure timely completion of projects within budget and scope.
- Collaborate with clients to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Oversee design and construction phases, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance measures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in commercial interiors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with contract negotiations and vendor management.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
