Senior Project Manager – West Palm Beach, FL Location: West Palm Beach, FL Salary: Up to $155,000, based on experience Job Type: Full-Time About The Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects throughout the West Palm Beach area. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, with experience in high-end custom homes and commercial construction. Experience with private schools, healthcare facilities, churches, and other institutional projects is highly valued. This is an opportunity for a hands-on Project Manager who can take ownership of projects, build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, and keep projects moving on schedule and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from preconstruction through final completion and closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.Review contracts, plans, specifications, and scopes of work.Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation.Monitor project costs, commitments, and overall financial performance.Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.Identify potential schedule, cost, and scope issues and develop solutions proactively.Work closely with the Superintendent to coordinate field operations and project priorities.Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure contractual requirements are met.Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and client satisfaction.Oversee project closeout, punch lists, warranties, and turnover. Project Experience Experience with the following types of projects is highly preferred: High-end custom homesCommercial constructionPrivate schoolsHealthcare facilitiesChurches / religious facilitiesInstitutional constructionHigh-quality renovations and additions Qualifications 8+ years of construction Project Management experience.Proven experience managing commercial and/or high-end residential construction projects.Strong understanding of contracts, budgets, scheduling, procurement, and project controls.Experience managing projects through the full construction lifecycle.Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.Procore experience preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required. Compensation Up to $155,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
