Senior Project Manager, Business Solutions

About the Role

Van Cleef & Arpels (the Maison) is seeking an innovative Senior Project Manager – Business Solutions to lead the development and implementation of best-in-class technology strategies. Based in New York City and reporting to the Director of Operational Excellence, with functional reporting to the Maison Headquarters International Information Technology team, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the establishment of the department by supporting various projects focused on business solutions for the Maison in the Americas.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated experience implementing enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with IT governance, compliance, enterprise architecture, and security frameworks.
• Strong research and vendor assessment capabilities, as well as expertise in vendor management, budgeting, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Technology Strategy & Innovation
  • Evaluate existing business solutions platforms and infrastructure to identify opportunities for improvement and modernization.
  • Develop and execute the Region’s technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, operational needs, client service values, and long-term growth objectives.
  • Stay current on emerging solutions (AI, automation, data analytics, cybersecurity, etc.) and assess their potential impact on business and client service delivery.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison in influencing leadership on technology trends and innovation.
  • Partner closely with business sponsors, stakeholders, and functional owners to ensure well-defined cases, strategies, and project plans.
• Systems Implementation
  • Facilitate the roll-out of all Group and Maison initiatives as the primary liaison.
  • Lead the selection, configuration, and implementation of new business solutions that enhance transparency, communication, and collaboration among teams.
  • Monitor and manage project timelines, vendor relationships, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure successful rollouts.
  • Provide oversight and support for project prioritization, funding requests, and performance tracking.
  • Oversee data migration, system integration, and user adoption processes, including training.
  • Manage budget and benefit realization, including risk and opportunity management.
• Data Analytics/Dashboards
  • Gain an understanding of data structure to build and maintain complex data analytics and dashboards.
  • Provide trends that lead to improvements.

Pay

Salary Range: $125,000–$145,000 (Annual). This role is bonus eligible.
