For our client, a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager - Business Development to drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery.
About the role
You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a life sciences environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of complex strategic projects aligned with the company's mission
- Ensure timely delivery and alignment of stakeholders across functions
- Coordinate multiple high-priority projects simultaneously throughout their lifecycle
- Implement process improvements and new technologies to enhance efficiency
- Lead transformational changes that drive operational success
- Maintain focus on business objectives and quality standards
- Mitigate project risks effectively to contribute to project success
Qualifications
- Advanced degree plus 6 years of experience or Bachelor's degree plus 8 years managing complex, cross-functional projects
- PMP certification or equivalent is highly desired
- Experience in managing projects with budgets over $500K
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project and Agile/Scrum
- Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Proven collaborative ability in a matrix environment without direct authority
- Experience with change management and continuous improvement methodologies
Pay
$103,100 – $137,500 annually
