Senior Project Manager: Overaa Construction is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Building Group and lead the delivery of complex public and institutional building projects, including essential-service facilities such as police and fire stations, courthouses, correctional facilities, healthcare facilities, and other municipal buildings. An Overaa Senior Project Manager serves as a senior leader of the project team, responsible for successfully delivering complex projects while developing strong teams and lasting client relationships. The SPM provides leadership from pursuit and preconstruction through closeout, drives project strategy and execution, mentors Project Managers and Project Engineers, and serves as a trusted partner to clients, design teams, trade partners, and internal stakeholders.
