Senior Project Manager - Building Envelope

About the role

The Senior Project Manager plays an important role in delivering consulting services, managing projects and client relationships, supporting technical excellence, training and mentoring staff, and contributing to business development efforts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting services for building enclosure assessments, design consulting, construction administration, investigations, rehabilitation, new construction, and other specialized services.
• Manage projects and client relationships, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Support technical excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
• Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and collaborating with sales teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in the building industry.
• License/Certification: Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
