Business Insider is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Writer to join our team.

About the role

The Business Writer will be responsible for creating compelling and informative articles that cover a wide range of business topics. This includes writing about finance, economics, technology, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business principles and be able to communicate complex ideas in an engaging manner.

Responsibilities

• Research and write articles on various business topics
• Collaborate with other writers and editors to develop and refine stories
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and news
• Edit and proofread articles for accuracy and clarity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in business writing or journalism
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent writing and editing abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with SEO best practices
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
