This person works closely with our customers alongside sales, engineering, and our finance teams to manage projects and ensure our design and installation services are executed according to plan and have met or exceeded our customers' expectations. This person will manage the project from the time it is handed off from the sales team to after implementation, ensuring a smooth transition to the customer care (service) team. Responsibilities Internal organization of project documentation External communications to client Issue resolution Organization of project equipment Manage project timelines and expectationsObtain customer signature upon project completion and referralsEnsure solution adoption 30- and 60-days post installationRole-specific platforms: Acumatica, HubSpot, D-tools Qualifications And Experience Experience managing projects with varying levels of complexityStrong customer service orientation internally and externallyManaging the budget for projectsStrong communication and cross-functional collaborationExperience in AV, IT, or other Technology experience preferredPMP Certification strongly preferredThere is flexibility to work from home some days, but job is mostly onsite.Bachelor's Degree
