Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery and implementation of high-impact projects across North America. This role will oversee complex deployments from planning through execution, ensuring successful outcomes for customers while driving operational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of industry-leading intelligent road safety technology projects
• Join a rapidly growing global technology company with a strong mission and real-world impact
• Own end-to-end project delivery, implementation, and customer onboarding
• Drive operational readiness and seamless transition into ongoing operations
• Influence project governance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and customer success

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience delivering complex, hardware, software, infrastructure, road safety, transportation, ITS, or government-related projects
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, contractors, and resources
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or PMBOK
• Ability to lead multiple workstreams and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools is advantageous

Benefits

• $110k - $130k base salary + 5% bonus
