Senior Project Manager
Role Overview
Trissential is partnering with a forward-thinking client to find a Senior Project Manager who leads high-impact, enterprise-level initiatives. This role requires 10+ years of experience in program or project management within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional programs from initiation through successful delivery
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, timelines, and budgets
- Drive stakeholder alignment across business and technical teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while resolving issues to keep programs on track
- Track program performance and provide transparent reporting to leadership and key stakeholders
- Continuously improve delivery processes, frameworks, and methodologies
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management within a technology-driven environment
- Demonstrated success managing complex, enterprise-level programs with multiple workstreams
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet
Skills & Experience
- Consulting experience or experience working with external clients
- Background in software development, cloud transformation, or digital modernization
- PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications are highly valued

$138,000–$154,000 annually or $85–$95 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location.
