Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Thrash’s commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion. This role is responsible for overall project performance, including budget, schedule, contract administration, risk management, quality, client satisfaction, and coordination among the owner, design team, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project staff. This is a leadership position for an experienced construction professional who can manage complex projects, anticipate and resolve challenges, and build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and project teams. Working closely with the General Superintendent, the Senior Project Manager establishes project objectives, develops and maintains the project schedule and budget, oversees procurement and subcontract administration, leads project meetings, manages changes and claims, monitors progress, and ensures each project is delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the contract documents and Thrash’s standards. Thrash pursues projects ranging from $5 million to $150 million, with the majority of work typically falling between $20 million and $70 million. The company serves a diverse range of sectors, including education (K-12 and higher education), industrial, healthcare, corporate, institutional, manufacturing, food & beverage, and entertainment. Thrash has operated as a Commercial General Contractor since 2001 and has built a strong reputation locally and regionally.
