Senior Project Manager

About the role

Responsible for overseeing complex projects from conception to completion, managing teams, and ensuring project success.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Develop project plans and manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet goals.
• Communicate project status and issues to senior leadership and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor project teams.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management software such as Jira or Asana.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for technology and innovation.

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Technical knowledge in relevant technologies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay

• $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
