About the OpportunityThe Professional Services Project Management Office (PMO) of a growing organization is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a full-time, remote role based in the United States. The Senior Project Manager coordinates closely with customer and internal teams to lead the successful implementation of cloud-based, integration-focused solutions for external customers. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery outcomes are achieved within scope, schedule, budget, and quality constraints, while working directly with executive leadership, client stakeholders, and implementation engineers. Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of customer projects, including efforts tied to strategic accounts, handling multiple concurrent initiatives.Own customer-facing project delivery outcomes from kickoff to closure.Communicate regularly with project stakeholders regarding status, schedule, budget, and risk factors across all project phases.Conduct project kickoffs, planning sessions, and regular delivery meetings.Lead teams of implementation engineers and collaborate with internal departments supporting project activities.Understand and communicate the value of solutions to external customers.Maintain accountability for all project deliverables and outcomes.Follow operational best practices related to time accounting, forecasting, and budgetary management.Help shape a growing, results-oriented PMO using delivery experience and structured project management methodologies. Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.5 or more years of work experience in project management.Demonstrated experience delivering cloud-based technology solutions to external customers.Experience managing resources, schedules, and budgets within Project Portfolio Management (PPM) or related software tools.Proven ability to manage a portfolio of multiple customer projects concurrently.Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.Proven track record of coordinating and communicating effectively across business and technical teams, including implementation engineers and executive leadership.Strong organization and detail orientation.Willingness and ability to travel up to 15%. Preferred QualificationsProject Management Professional (PMP) certification.Prior experience with electronic data interchange (EDI), managed file transfer (MFT), data movement, or file transfer technologies.Prior experience with B2B integration.
