Senior Project Manager

About the role

Suffolk is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead all project administration tasks, including budget updates, change order management, project closeout, and subcontractor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Budget Updates: Produce forecasts, track costs, and manage exposure risks.
• Change Order Management: Track PCOs, prepare OCOs, and manage contract allowances.
• Project Close Out: Implement close-out plans, manage cash flow, and ensure compliance.
• Cash Management: Maintain cash flow, review schedules, and manage change orders.
• Meeting Management: Establish meeting regiments and agendas.
• Subcontractor Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with Subcontractors.
• Risk Management: Complete buy-out process, secure CCD authorizations, and address risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applicable discipline and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent business judgment and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze financial trade-offs and handle ambiguity.
• Strong command of contract and legal provisions.
• Judgment to escalate issues appropriately.
