Leads the successful delivery of multiple complex projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations. The Senior Project Manager provides leadership and oversight to Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance across project teams. This role also partners in supporting RFI/RFP processes, contributes to strategic client engagement, and serves as a key client-facing leader throughout the project lifecycle.
Work location: This position will work out of our Fort Worth sites. This position is not approved for telecommuting or working remotely.
Work environment: This job generally operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at fabrication shops and job sites. Job safety needs to always be considered the top priority.
