Senior Project Manager

About the role

SCS Engineers is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Environmental Services (ES) team in southeastern Pennsylvania and serve the Pennsylvania environmental consulting market. The position can be based in either our Lansdale or Denver, PA offices.

Responsibilities

• Developing new and existing clients
• Integrating with other ES staff across the company
• Managing and being responsible for profit/loss of Pennsylvania projects
• Serving as a Seller-Doer
• Playing a lead role in new client acquisition
• Collaborating with others at SCS to develop strategies for expanding ways in which we contribute to our clients' success
• Drafting and reviewing proposals
• Enhancing the value of the services that we perform for existing clients
• Working with a team of professionals, including SCS' national experts in various fields, to assist clients in resolving a wide variety of environmental challenges

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an environmental-related science or engineering field
• At least 10 years of related work experience
• At least 5 years working at an environmental consulting firm
• Pennsylvania Act 2 project experience
• Business Development experience in the Pennsylvania market
• Membership/Experience with Pennsylvania professional organizations such as Pennsylvania PE or PG (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and driving record in good standing

Pay

USD $120,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.
