We are seeking a results-driven Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The Senior Project Manager will serve as a trusted leader for our clients and project teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Scorpio’s high standards for quality. What You Will Do Create and maintain the Scorpio client experience from preconstruction through warrantyServe as the primary point of contact between the owner and ScorpioLead projects from preconstruction through completion and closeoutDevelop, maintain, and manage the construction project scheduleEstablish, monitor, and project job costs throughout the project lifecycleIdentify, evaluate, and mitigate project risksLead Owner/Architect/Engineer meetings and maintain strong project communicationProcess change events and associated change ordersReview and approve subcontractor pay applications and field invoicesCoordinate closely with the Superintendent on site logistics and project managementParticipate in site safety initiatives and help ensure a strong safety cultureReview project quality and ensure work meets Scorpio and project standardsProvide leadership and direction to project team members and project partnersApply expertise in construction costs, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering practices to drive successful project outcomes What You Will Bring To Scorpio 10+ years of construction project management experience, preferably within Scorpio’s core project typesDemonstrated success starting and completing construction projects valued at $25 million or moreStrong expertise in construction costs, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering practicesBachelor’s degree in construction management, construction science, engineering, architecture, or a related field strongly preferredStrong client-facing and presentation skillsProven ability to lead complex projects, manage competing priorities, and resolve challenges effectivelyExperience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management softwareA commitment to quality, safety, teamwork, and building long-term client relationships What Scorpio Offers Competitive salary with annual performance bonusesCompany-paid medical insurance with coverage up to 100% of employee premiumDental, Vision, Life, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability401(k) with 100% company match up to 4%HSAPaid parental leavePaid Time Off and holidaysCollaborative, innovative, and enjoyable work environment!
