Key Areas of Responsibility
- Fiscal Responsibility – Meet targeted profit goals approved by the Principal in Charge (PIC)
- Contract Management – Manage all aspects of contracts
- Project Delivery – Manage all aspects of project delivery
- Relationship Management/ Business Development – Build new and future "trusted-partner" relationships in support of successful project delivery
- Leadership – Encourage and mentor staff's professional and leadership development through example and counsel
Qualifications
- Understanding and leadership of teams utilizing Revit and AutoCAD
- Ability to work in a team environment and in a fast-paced process to meet client needs and deadlines
- Highly motivated
- Experience with the development of the construction process
- 8+ years' professional experience
