Senior Project Manager

Qualifications

• BSCE degree, Arizona Registration as a Professional Civil Engineer, or ability to obtain same through reciprocity
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in residential and commercial land development
• Minimum of ten (10) years of management experience supervising the work of engineers, designers, and other project support staff

Requirements

• Strong independent thought and decision-making abilities
• Establishing and maintaining strong and positive working relationships with clients, public-agency personnel, and in-house staff
• High level leadership, management ability, and seasoned time management
• High level respect and confidence from co-workers to public agencies
• High level competence in written and oral communication

Managerial Experience

• Supervision of engineering design teams
• Management of project schedules and budgets
• Preparation and management of contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work
• Significant experience in client and public-agency interactions
• Accepts and carries out responsibility for the design team's direction, control, and planning
• Makes plans independently

Technical Experience

• Site assessment and engineering design studies
• Preparation/processing of all related improvement plans in support of private land development projects
• Perform constructability reviews and site construction conformance evaluations
• Experienced in construction support services
• AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam experience
