About the role
The Senior Project Manager supports the SJE Revere brand, an industry leader in automation and control solutions. Key responsibilities include managing projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving profitability.
Responsibilities
- Assist with reviewing Contract Scope of Work, Terms and Conditions before project execution.
- Manage customer expectations and relationships.
- Ensure safe delivery of project deliverables within budget and quality standards.
- Plan and schedule work activities with Revere personnel and customers.
- Identify and manage project risks and changes.
- Report project performance and address concerns with division and corporate management.
- Develop and manage project plans, specifications, and designs.
- Drive project profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress and communicate status reports to stakeholders.
- Manage change management processes and negotiate with customers.
- Communicate with engineering team members and monitor their progress.
- Minimize project rework and promote successful project outcomes.
- Update project forecasts monthly and ensure timely invoicing and collections.
- Mentor engineering team members and identify new business opportunities.
- Assist sales departments in the quotation process and maintenance contract creation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent related Project Management experience.
- Seven (7) years of progressive lead and/or supervisory experience in your industry's control systems.
- Extensive experience/knowledge in engineering, construction, design, finance, and management.
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
