Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Oversee project execution, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliverables.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Passion for digital, platform, and CRM programs.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with agile methodologies preferred.
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Schedule
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. The company aims to increase this requirement over time.
