Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 12+ years of experience leading complex enterprise IT projects from initiation through successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project planning, stakeholder management, budget oversight, risk mitigation, and cross-functional team leadership. This is a W2 position, and candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring C2C arrangements.

Required Experience

• 12+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise projects across multiple teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with business, development, QA, infrastructure, and operations teams.
• Hands-on experience with risk management, issue resolution, change management, and project governance.
• Experience preparing project plans, status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Strong vendor management and client-facing experience.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of enterprise IT projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track project progress using KPIs and reporting dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance, and quality processes.
• Manage project documentation and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote project management best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification required; Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) certification is a plus.
• Experience managing cloud migration, digital transformation, or enterprise application projects.
• Experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, or Retail domains is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
