Artifact Management
Maintain high-quality project and program artifacts, including schedules, RAID logs, stakeholder communications, backlogs, Sprint plans, user stories, tasks, capacity plans, and velocity tracking.

Continuously look for ways to improve delivery processes, team effectiveness, and the overall customer experience.
