Senior Project Manager
Core Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate capital infrastructure projects including facility buildouts, system upgrades, and retrofits.
- Own project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and adapt project plans as needed.
- Serve as the single point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Enforce meeting best practices, including agenda management, punctuality, and focused discussion.
- Document and distribute meeting notes within SLA, including action items, owners, and next steps.
- Acknowledge and track client requests in line with established response expectations.
- Provide timely project updates, respond to inquiries, and coordinate stakeholder walkthroughs or approvals.
- Ensure transparency through clear, proactive communication and well-maintained documentation.
- Track all project activities in the centralized project system, including client requests, scope changes, tasks, and deliverables.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation to support internal visibility and audit readiness.
- Ensure adherence to defined SOPs, project standards, and documentation protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage a change log that clearly outlines timeline, budget, and resource impacts.
- Manage version control and a revision history for all key project documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to support on-site project execution.
- Validate that vendor work meets defined scope, quality expectations, and safety standards.
- Own site readiness activities and ensure all documentation is complete, organized, and handed off appropriately post-project.
