Senior Project Manager

Core Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate capital infrastructure projects including facility buildouts, system upgrades, and retrofits.
• Own project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and adapt project plans as needed.
• Serve as the single point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Enforce meeting best practices, including agenda management, punctuality, and focused discussion.
• Document and distribute meeting notes within SLA, including action items, owners, and next steps.
• Acknowledge and track client requests in line with established response expectations.
• Provide timely project updates, respond to inquiries, and coordinate stakeholder walkthroughs or approvals.
• Ensure transparency through clear, proactive communication and well-maintained documentation.
• Track all project activities in the centralized project system, including client requests, scope changes, tasks, and deliverables.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation to support internal visibility and audit readiness.
• Ensure adherence to defined SOPs, project standards, and documentation protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage a change log that clearly outlines timeline, budget, and resource impacts.
• Manage version control and a revision history for all key project documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to support on-site project execution.
• Validate that vendor work meets defined scope, quality expectations, and safety standards.
• Own site readiness activities and ensure all documentation is complete, organized, and handed off appropriately post-project.
