Senior Project Manager
Description
The Senior Project Manager will oversee high-profile and strategic security installation projects, leading project teams and aligning with organizational and client goals.
- Direct and manage high-impact security installation projects.
- Develop and implement project strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Maintain project performance through monitoring and evaluation.
- Provide recommendations for improvements and best practices.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with advanced degrees preferred or equivalent experience. Seven (7) or more years of experience in project management, specializing in large and complex projects, is also required.
- Expertise in project management methodologies, strategic planning, and risk management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) or advanced certifications (e.g., PgMP, MSP) are preferred. Extensive experience in security systems or related technology sectors, and experience with high-profile or mission-critical installations, are also preferred.
Pay
The base salary range for this role is $95,800 - $158,800. Salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience, and may include a variable bonus and benefits such as health coverage, paid holidays, and other perks.
