Senior Project Manager

Brief Description

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who is accountable, collaborative, and relentless in their commitment to quality, schedule, and trust. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of commercial projects from kickoff through closeout, mentor a high-performing team, and grow the business by strengthening client relationships.

About the role

Your Day-to-Day includes leading projects end-to-end, taking full ownership, driving execution against schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks, anticipating and mitigating risks, building and aligning your team, managing contracts, cost controls, documentation, and reporting with precision, holding stakeholders accountable, and communicating proactively.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from kickoff through closeout
• Drive execution against schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks
• Anticipate and mitigate risks
• Build and align your team with superintendents, owners, architects, and internal teams
• Manage contracts, cost controls, documentation, and reporting with precision
• Hold stakeholders accountable and communicate proactively
• Grow the business by strengthening client relationships and representing MCL in the community

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural preferred)
• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, with 5+ years in a Project Manager role
• Experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects and mentoring junior PMs
• Strong command of budgets, contracts, and project controls
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
• Experience with GMP and CMAR delivery methods is a plus
