Senior Project Manager

About the role

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. Manage project scope, schedule, and resources. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure successful execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, design, and operations to align project goals and objectives.
• Define project scope, schedule, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
• Communicate project progress and status updates to stakeholders, including executive management.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and manage project risks to mitigate potential issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and mentor project teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Knowledge of project risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Experience with project management software such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and control techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
