Senior Project Manager

About the role

Responsible for leading construction projects from design through completion. Works closely with clients to understand project requirements and ensures timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans
• Oversee budgeting and cost control throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Communicate regularly with clients to address concerns and provide updates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6
