About the role

The Senior Project Manager ensures the health and quality of client projects, focusing on margin, delivery efficiency, creative excellence, and risk mitigation. You will lead multidisciplinary marketing and advertising projects, collaborating with Creative, Account Services, Finance, Strategy, Data and Culture, Media, and Technology teams. Experience managing multi-channel engagements (video, TVC, social, digital, experiential, activation, print, etc.) is required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the project management discipline with internal and client stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships with agency, client, and third-party partners.
• Proactively solve challenges and contribute to evolving processes that adapt to business needs, best practices, and industry standards.
• Instill and enforce processes, workflows, and tools that support profitable delivery of client work in collaboration with account and client stakeholders.
• Drive projects with efficiency, ensuring creative excellence and appropriate stakeholder involvement at each stage.
• Scope and manage multiple concurrent small to large-scale projects and client engagements totaling $1–5MM annually.
• Partner with Client Service and Finance leads to manage business challenges, client relationships, annual scopes, contracts, estimates, staffing plans, and profit margins.
• Shepherd creative work from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and collaboration with Creative, Resource Managers, Production, and Technology teams.
• Maintain high standards for communications and documentation, including status reports, financials, timelines, scopes, change orders, burn reports, and asset management.
• Manage large projects independently from initiation through completion.
• Uphold departmental values, vision, and responsibilities with team stakeholders.
• Optimize operational processes and systems locally and globally, ensuring team buy-in and compliance.
• Provide solutions-oriented management with strong problem-solving skills, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
• Manage social media uploads and reporting for client assignments, including Brand Watch.
• Proactively manage project and business risks, including mitigation planning and crisis management.
• Actively participate in agency new business opportunities and initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience structuring and leading marketing and advertising projects with cross-functional stakeholders (Strategy, Data, Creative, Editorial, Experience Design, Production, Technology, Operations, and Resourcing).
• Demonstrated understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and tools, including timelines, staffing, scoping, estimating, and burn management.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management software (Smartsheet, Basecamp, Monday.com, Workfront, etc.).

Pay

USD $75,050.00 – USD $120,159.00 annually. Compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
