Senior Project Manager

About the role

This position provides leadership, training, coaching, and support to Project Managers and Production Assistants while also managing assigned projects as needed. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for helping maintain consistency in company processes, procedures, BuilderTrend documentation, trade partner coordination, schedule management, quality control, client communication, and overall project execution.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, training, coaching, and support to Project Managers and Production Assistants
• Manages assigned projects as needed
• Maintains consistency in company processes, procedures, BuilderTrend documentation, trade partner coordination, schedule management, quality control, client communication, and overall project execution
• Helps build strong trade partner relationships
• Represents the company professionally with homeowners, employees, and trade partners
• Available on a scheduled basis for emergency on-call or after-hours support

Requirements

• Significant experience in residential remodeling or custom residential construction
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and team-building skills
