We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, client-facing projects and programs across the life sciences industry. This role is ideal for an experienced project leader who can manage competing priorities, strengthen client relationships, oversee project financials, and translate complex project information into clear recommendations and decisions. What You’ll DoServe as a senior point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and translating evolving needs into actionable strategiesLead complex, cross-functional projects and multi-workstream initiatives, coordinating teams, resources, dependencies, and prioritiesAssess and manage project health across scope, budget, timelines, risks, and dependencies, proactively addressing emerging concernsOversee project financial performance, including budget forecasting, variance tracking, resource planning, and financial risk mitigationManage project and program scope in alignment with Statements of Work, evaluating proposed changes and leading mitigation strategies or formal change requestsLead project governance and executive-level communications, translating project information into clear insights and recommendationsGuide and mentor project managers and cross-functional teams, reinforcing accountability and project management best practicesContribute to the continued development of PMO processes, tools, templates, and delivery standards What You BringBachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of relevant project management experience in life sciences or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceAt least 3 years of experience in a leadership, multi-project, or program management capacityExtensive experience leading complex, client-facing projects or programs within clinical operations, life sciences, a pharmaceutical sponsor, CRO, or consulting environmentStrong understanding of clinical operations, the drug development process, regulatory requirements, and cross-functional clinical deliveryDemonstrated experience managing project budgets, forecasting, resource planning, scope, timelines, risks, and dependenciesExperience with eClinical systems such as eTMF, CTMS, EDC, or similar platformsProven ability to build trusted relationships with senior and executive-level clients and influence decisions and alignmentExperience leading and mentoring project managers and cross-functional teams Why Just in Time GCP?Our work helps bring safe, effective treatments to patients faster.
